This year marks an exciting new chapter as we proudly introduce our new name, San Diego Neighborhood of Schools. Inspired by the voices of our families, staff, and community, our new name reflects who we are today while honoring the commitment that has always guided us: serving our students and families.
Since opening our doors in 2000 with just 75 students, we’ve grown into a thriving family of three schools serving approximately 1,200 students across San Diego. Today, students benefit from enriching opportunities including our Dual Language Program, free after-school programs, and free educational field trips. Our high school students earn free college credits while still in high school and access pathways to earn the California State Seal of Biliteracy, preparing them to thrive in college, career, and an increasingly connected world.
As we begin our new chapter as SDNOS, we remain focused on what matters most: providing students with opportunities to grow and succeed while seeking excellence in academics, arts, and athletics from a foundation of love.
