Relationships built from a foundation of love do not have an expiration date. When students join SDNOS, they have our support. It’s as simple as that. Whether they are a TK-12 student, or alumni entering college or career training, we’ve got their back. 
 
Through the San Diego Neighborhood of Schools Alumni College Assistance Program, our graduates are supported throughout the next step in their educational journey. The SDNOS team continues to serve as a resource and support system while our alumni navigate the college or career training of their choice. Our alumni may apply for textbooks, mental health services, tech devices & services, college & career counseling, transportation, financial support, and more while navigating a new journey beyond high school. Our graduates get the help they need, and we get to see them shine. It’s a win, win.
